Mikä Viini! – What a Wine!

16. - 17.9.2015. Exploring wines with like-minded people

Wines for Autumn

Viinimaa organizes an event of senses mid-September at Vanha Ylioppilastalo which is a perfect intimate venue for such an event. What would be better in a chilly September evening than get together to explore some good wines with friends? The event is called Mikä Viini! in Finnish which translates into What a Wine!. Go find the best wines for the coming autumn and winter evenings.

The event will feature wines of 20 different wine houses from South America to Europe. Organic and sustainable development are key words at the event this year with several wines to try out. The event will also feature a cocktail lounge where you have chance to try out trending low alcoholic cocktails. There might be a chance to try out the new Blossa mulled wine (glögi) which will be available in Alko in October. Food that goes along with the wines will be served by Cafe Vanha.
